Scott K. Linn has over 17 years of commercial and residential construction experience in the Northwest. Scott has a solid background in all facets of the building process including planning, site development, operations, utilities, bid and cost analysis, securing and managing subcontractors, coordination of vendors, permit process and more.
Scott is an exceptional problem solver, manages projects to completion in a timely manner and holds subcontractors accountable. Scott takes a personal interest in his projects. His passion for the art of craftsmanship is evident in his enthusiasm to get on site daily and personally overseeing each component of the building process.
William (KIV) Kunkel

William (Kiv) Kunkel has over 35 years in senior management positions within a number of Fortune 500 companies. During this time, he oversaw multiple company start-ups and operations. Kiv’s entrepreneurial spirit has allowed his multifaceted project management experience, negotiating skills and niche business acumen to meet unique demands within the market place.
Kiv has a passion for growing businesses that put a high importance on excellence, customer attention and lasting relationships. After deciding to make Montana his permanent home, Kiv founded Dynamic Development LLC to meet the growing demand within the area to provide a construction management firm that will not only bring the best skilled labor to each job but to also provide each client with the necessary hands on attention, fiscal transparency and superior final product.
